Dorito Casserole

Easy Mexican style casserole that takes little to no effort. 




Ingredients 
          *This recipe is doubled. For a single family serving (4-6 servings) just cut recipe by half. 


4 Cans White Chicken 
3 Cups shredded cheese 
2 Can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes  (I only used half of one can for a double recipe for personal taste, I
recommend using a whole can)
1 small white onion
1 packet taco seasoning
2 Bags of Doritos


Directions


1. Pre-heat over to 350° F


2. Grease 11 x 15 pan (For halved recipe a 9 x 13 works fine)


3. Mix together Chicken, Cheese, Cream of Chicken Soup, Milk, Sour Cream, Rotel, Onion and Taco Seasoning


4. Crush Both bags of Doritos into small bite size pieces


5. In greased pan add one bag of crushed Doritos, (for halved recipe use half of one bag for bottom layer) Followed by half of the chicken mixture. Repeat with other bag of Doritos and rest of chicken mixture. (You want to end on a layer of chicken mixture so chips do not burn).


6. Add More shredded cheese to the top, Cover. 


7. Bake for 30-35 Minutes till bubble, Remove cover bake for 10 minutes till golden brown on top.
